Contact the Kiddovate Store team
Contact the Kiddovate Store team is the form to use when you have a question about an order or a product.
The form on this page asks for your name, your email, and a message. An order number is optional. Add it when the question is about an order you already placed. A reply goes to the email you enter.
Use the message box for the product name, the collection, or the order detail you want checked. Prices and stock are listed on each product page, and those figures can change. Open the product page before you write if you want the current price in front of you. Photos of the item are on that same page.
The shop is grouped into collections. Those shelves cover arts and crafts kits, baby and toddler items, board games and chess, card packs and games, faith-based gifts, plush and fidget toys, and science kits. The parents' guide in the menu walks through those shelves and includes a list of gifts that were in stock when that note was written. That list is a snapshot. The product page is the current record.
Contact the Kiddovate Store team reads the form on this page. Include the product title as it appears in the shop so the reply can point at the right item. If you are writing about more than one product, put each name on its own line in the message.
The cart and checkout show the items you chose and the total at that time. If a checkout question comes up, include the order number when you have one, and describe what you saw on the screen. The privacy policy is linked from the footer.
You can write to Contact the Kiddovate Store team after you have read a product page and still need a detail that is missing from that page, such as which option is in the photos. Send the note from the form on this page. One message per question keeps the reply tied to the email you entered.
The header links to the collections and to this page. Search from the header when you already know the product name. The newsletter box in the footer is for shop notes.
